Projectionist:

Responsibilities:

• Movie or trailer projection, preparation
• Control the theatre light and sound facilities
• Proved the technical support to the movie gala, special show, meeting or the house booking
• Daily cleaning, checking and maintenance of the projector
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Electrical Certificate is added advantage
• 2-5 years related working experience is preferred
• Computer knowledge or Microsoft office window
• Hardworking and responsible
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Eager to learn and enjoy teamwork
   

Graphic Designer:

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with marketing and operation departments to develop communication collaterals for cinema's business in stringent timeline
• Follow brand guideline and help ensuring design consistency across all communication channels
• Research and propose art direction for Marketing and CRM promotions  
• Responsible for online and offline design-related works, including leaflet, brochure, poster, eDM, retail displays, advertisement and event promotions etc.; from conception to final output
• Liaise with vendors and responsible external / internal parties to ensure quality output and meet desirable production schedule
• Assist in ad-hoc design-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Multimedia Design / Graphic Design or other relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in graphic or creative design
• Creative, strong graphic design sense
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite tools specifically illustrator, Photoshop and etc.
• Knowledgeable in photography is an advantage
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, responsible and a good team player
• Portfolio links shall be provided in the resume

Cinema Service Ambassador (Full Time & Part Time):

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, movie knowledge, and all other components of Guest Service
• Handle guest enquiries and concerns promptly and with courtesy
• Sell and collect admission tickets through POS system
• Sell and promote cinema merchandises and membership
• Ensure security of cinema related assets, including cash, membership cards etc
• Tidy up the cinema after shows and ensure in good order before shows start
• Show and guide guests to their seats and cinema facilities
• Help guests solve problems with a smile proactively
• Acquired profound cinema operations and promotion knowledge
• Handle the enquiries of the guests with sufficient knowledge of the products sold in cinema
• Communicate with customers clearly, concisely and friendly
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements :

• 18 years of age or older, SPM/high school education, healthy
• More than one year of work experience, with experience in the service industry is preferred
• Responsible and able to handle emergency emergencies independently, multi-task and work under pressure
• Have a team spirit, able to work effectively with co-workers and supervisors, be cheerful
• Good command of written and spoken Malay, English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn, hardworking and willing to take up responsible
• Work in shifts
