- The VIP membership is life-long from the date of successful registration.

- VIP members can purchase normal tickets for 2D movies at RM10 every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday shows. Offer is not applicable for Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays falling on Public Holidays.
- VIP members have to present the e-membership card at Emperor Cinemas box office or login e-membership account via Emperor Cinemas website or mobile app to enjoy the ticket discount offer.
- Ticket discount offer is not applicable to blockbuster movies, discounted tickets (i.e. Kids tickets), non-regular priced shows (including Morning Shows), designated shows (including but not limited to preview shows, special program, non-movie shows, shows with special request with film distributors), bulk purchase and house booking.
- Surcharge is required for the movie with long duration or special price specified by film distributors (if applicable).
- Ticket discount offer is applicable to purchase a maximum of 8 discounted tickets for each transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
- Ticket discount offer is non-redeemable for cash or exchanged for other goods.
- VIP members enjoy a 10% discount on food and drinks by presenting the e-membership card at Emperor Cinemas concession counter. Concession discount is not applicable to house booking, bulk purchase and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
- VIP Members earn 5 Tokens for each ticket purchase and 1 Token for every RM10 spent on concession.
- VIP Members can present the e-membership card at Emperor Cinemas concession counter to enjoy RM7 concession discount with a maximum of 25 Tokens per transaction.
- Emperor Cinemas reserves the right to amend and supplement any terms & conditions of this offer without prior notice. In case of disputes, decisions of Emperor Cinemas shall be final.
